Tania Mercado offers coaching services to individuals and organizations, which may include somatic work, systemic coaching, constellations, and related personal and professional development support. Services are available in English and Spanish, online and in person in Berlin, Germany. These services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical advice, or legal consultation.

2. Booking and Payment

 

2.1 Booking Process
Bookings for coaching sessions can be made directly through our website or by contacting us via email. Each booking is subject to availability, and confirmation will be sent once a booking is accepted.

 

2.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website. Prices are stated in euros and may be subject to VAT according to German tax regulations.

 

2.3 Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.

All materials provided by Tania Mercado, including but not limited to content on this website, coaching methodologies, tools, guides, and written content, are the intellectual property of Tania Mercado, unless otherwise stated.
